- We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly identified underground systems.

Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. We are not liable for delays or performance issues caused by weather, natural events, equipment failure, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6) Limitation of Liability
